Custom Oil Tanks
Peterson Fluid Systems can build a custom tank for your project just like we do for the majority of the Sprint Cup field, as well as, race teams around the world. We can build a tank for your special application starting with one of our 6", 7" or 9" tanks. We do not offer square or odd shaped tanks however. A round design works the best for proper deareation of the oil and the evacuation of the air without blowing oil. Follow the simple procedures below to order your own special design. Procedures for custom tank order

1) Print out one of our tank drawings from here.

2) Mark on the drawing where you would like to add fittings, clearance notches, sight tubes, etc.

3) Fax drawing to (303) 287-1860 and a sales person will contact you to give you a price quote and gather any other information needed or answer any questions. This price quote will be for the tank on the drawing you fax, if anything is added or subtracted the price will be adjusted accordingly.

4) We will then fax back a mechanical drawing of your tank design for you to sign. The mechanical drawing will be used to produce your tank and will be kept on file for future reference and orders.

5) Your tank will then be fabricated and welded according to the mechanical drawing you sign. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for tank to be built and shipped. Time may be longer during peak season December - March. Rush orders are available for a 2 day build for a $75.00 rush charge.
