Water Manifold

Peterson Fluid System’s new water manifold provides a solution for those running a head and intake manifold combination with no water crossover. It features billet aluminum manifold ends which are hand welded to the center tube. This manifold is available with a standard radiator cap flange or in a more compact design with no radiator cap flange. The manifold outlet is available in a -16 or -20 AN fitting or a 1.25” or 1.5” push on. This fitting is removable so you can change it if you change your cooling system. The other side features (4) -10AN ports which we have a wide variety of adapter fittings available. It also features a port for a 5/8-18 Mechanical temp sender. An adapter is available to convert it to a 1/8” NPT port or a plug if you do not need to measure temperature.

Swivel Water Necks - New Design coming February 2013

Necks swivel 360° for exact hose alignment. Viton seals are used internally and the flange is O-Ring sealed. Improvements include hard coat anodizing for improved wear and a secondary locking pin for fitting retention. Proven in NASCAR Winston Cup. Must use a spacer with thermostat.
Note: In the event it is necessary to dissasemble above water necks, it is necessary to replace the spiral lock ring if it has been damaged or bent during disassembly. Use extreme care when reinstaling the spiral lock ring to be sure it is completely seated in the lock ring groove.

Straight Water Neck

Our billet aluminum SBC water neck features a -16AN fitting and is available with (2) 3/8" NPT ports. Features and o-ring seal for no leaks and relief for a thermostat.

Water Neck Riser Blocks

Machined from Billet aluminum, these riser blocks have o-ringed flanges and accomodate a thermostat. Available with -6AN, -8 AN, or -12AN ports for cylinder head water lines.

Radiator Water Restrictor

Today's high flow water pumps work too well. They cycle the coolant through the motor well but when it comes to the radiator, often times it passes to quickly. This lower dwell time does not allow the radiator to cool the engine coolant properly. Peterson's new restrictor simply installs in the outlet hose and allows the coolant to slow in the radiotor, allowing proper cooling.
